You give us the address and what you've noticed. We fly the roof with a drone, photograph every slope and flashing line, and write a line-item scope in plain language. You get the photos and the written answer whether or not you hire us.

Repairs, leak chasing, and ice dam work continue through winter; full tear-offs wait for workable weather windows. Shingle manufacturers set temperature guidelines for installation, and we follow them, because a roof installed cold and brittle fails early. We'll tell you honestly which side of that line your job falls on.

The honest test: if damage is localized and the shingle field still has flexible, granule-covered life in it, repair. If leaks are recurring, shingles are brittle valley-wide, or the roof is into its final years, replacement stops the money bleed. The drone survey settles it with evidence instead of a sales pitch.

Malarkey polymer-modified asphalt shingles (we're a Malarkey Certified Installer), Owens Corning shingle systems, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal, and TPO and EPDM membranes for flat and low-slope buildings. The right answer depends on the building, the pitch, and the budget.

We document the damage from the air before anyone talks to an insurer, give you the photos, write a repair scope, and meet the adjuster on site. We don't promise claim outcomes and we don't play games with deductibles. Evidence and a clean scope do the arguing.

Most valley homes are one to three days of on-site work once materials arrive, weather permitting. The schedule moves with roof size, pitch, tear-off layers, and the season. Your written scope includes the expected duration for your actual roof, and we tell you when weather pushes it.
